You can see a copy of the notice of the October 5th, 2021 OLT Case Management Conference from the OLT here. The applicant is to send the notice at least 30 days prior to the CMC to neighbours within 120 metres and to those who have previously expressed interest.

You can submit a ‘participant statement’ to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) outlining your thoughts on the application. The participant status request form is due at least 10 days in advance of the October 5, 2021 Case Management Conference, or September 24, 2021. We expect there will be opportunity to update your statement at a later date, when the full facts of the case are made available to all, but best to make your full arguments now.

You must fill out a short form to send in a ‘participant statement’. We have a pdf version of the form with the Case number (PL210104) and Case Management Conference Date (October 5, 2021) filled out. All you need to do is complete the:
1) Request Date (date of your submission)
2) Your name and contact information, and
3) The participant statement.
or you can use the version at the OLT website (our case number is PL210104 and the Case Management Conference date is Oct. 5, 2021).
Once you have completed the form, attach it to an email to all the established parties in a single message. The parties are:
