October 26, 2022 Concurrent Case Management Conference Notice

The official notice document from the Ontario Land Tribunal with details on how to attend the video conference is located at the end of this post.

To have your voice heard by the Tribunal — the final decision-making body — you can submit a Participant status request form by October 14, 2022 (at least 10 days in advance of the Case Management Conference), details below.You need not submit your full statement to the Tribunal at this time.  You or your representative are required to attend the CMC while your status request is considered.

You must fill out a short form to request participant status by completing the:
1. Request Date (date of your submission)
2. Your name and contact information, and
3. The participant statement (your concerns, objections and interests in the case).

Once you have completed the form, save it as a PDF (click Save button in lower right corner) and attach it to an email to:
