At the CMC on August 27, 2024, the Tribunal re-started the 22 Weber St W case. The hearing has been re-set for April 14-May 6, 2025 with 10am starts. April 18 and 21 are to be vacation days. The Tribunal set another CMC for 10am, October 30th at which the Procedural Order is to be revisited, including changes to the Issues List in light of changes to legislation, policy, bylaws and guidelines.
The Tribunal will consider additional Participant status applications at the Oct. 30th CMC. The application form to request Participant Status (Participants may submit a document for consideration by the Tribunal) is available here. The case number is OLT-22-002377.
Existing Participants can update their prior statements to reflect updated zoning. Updated Participant statements can reflect new zoning and changed context – flanking properties are now SGA-2 (were CR-3) and properties behind were Office/Residential, but now SGA-1. Parking is no longer an issue as the Province and City removed minimum parking regulations from the Major transit Station Areas. Can also consider policies for 4 units per property and Inclusionary Zoning. Updated Participant statements may be as simple as statements of one’s position, as opposed to robust arguments. It may help to note that the statement replaces any previously submitted statements.
