The set of Participants and Parties to the case has been established by the Tribunal. Community members who wish to engage can join Friends of Olde Berlin Town and/or share their concerns with City Council, as both Friends of Olde Berlin Town and the City of Kitchener are parties to the case.
As the Tribunal accords special weight to Expert Witness statements, you may wish to cite the recognized experts’ reports, where appropriate. Noting where the reports support your position or arguments may benefit your case. Alternatively, bringing the flaws in the experts’ reports to the attention of the Tribunal may weaken the case you are opposing. The collection of expert reports produced by the Applicant, City and Olde Berlin Town can be found above. If you include a reference to a report, please also provide a link to the report, as the Tribunal members may be challenged to find the source information.
